I was interested in the chinchillas that were available at this location. I went in once and there were 2 available. When I was ready to get them I went back and there was only 1. They allowed someone to separate a bonded pair of chinchillas. That is beyond me.... Anyone who knows anything about chinchillas should know that they should NOT be separated ever. When I asked to pet the 1 chinchilla they had left the worker opened the cage and grabbed this poor animal like it was a toy. As it struggled to run away and get out of her grasp it was squealing and she was laughing like it was cute. My jaw dropped at this and I immediately told the woman not to worry about picking it up. Not only that but this poor chinchilla is visibly overweight. I have never seen such cruelty and lack of knowledge for any animal in person in my life. This poor animal is not being taken care of properly at all and I'll be very surprised if it doesn't die from the stressful conditions it is living in
I alway take my two kids (Dogs) to this Pet Smart, they treat my kids very well. Thank you.
Prices can be high but they have everything you can think of for your pet. The grooming salon staff takes good care of my pup when she needs a "Paw-dicure" and they are quick! No longer a fan of Banfield Veterinary Hospital inside the Woodbridge store. It is impossible to get a short notice appointment and it feels like an assembly line, not enough TLC.
The staff In this store were amazing! They asked if we needed help shopping for our pup and that’s what they did. Helped us decide what food was best for our pup. Great experience.
Every time I bring one of my dogs to get groomed I have a problem. My dogs rabies shot expired 12/5/17. They can't trim her nails. Ridiculous policy. She will get her shot in January from the township. This company lost my business. Don't like wasting my time. Don't waste your money here.
