Just waited 10 minutes in line with one customer in front of me...Three employees in the cash register just talking. Horrible customer service. End up not buying what I wanted..

Have been going here for years, whole family has, have never had a problem. Now asked to not bring my service animal inside? You have successfully lost a huge customer base. Good job. Happy holidays to you too.
Some stuff breaks too easily and the one woman that works there gives you a hard time when you try to return a cheaply made tool.
