Let me begin by saying, I do love the chairs I purchased...HOWEVER my sales rep ripped me off. He offered me a price (because it is like ""lets make a deal"" in there!!!) and upon my return some weeks later said, the price went up.

That evening I was speaking with my Mom who lives out of state. A furniture store she has purchased from sells Thomasville furniture. We called over for a price. It was well over $500...YES---FIVE HUNDRED dollars cheaper for the exact same order! When I called the Woodbridge store, my sales rep said he needed all the info to "check". I provided him with everything. A few hours later he calls back and says he doesnt know why they would be charging me less in a NON Thomasville store, and there was nothing he could do regarding a price match/adjustment.
I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE this man is employed (maybe he should have stayed on Staten Island and continued ripping his neighbors off instead of moving to Thomasville in NJ!
Once he presented the new HIGHER price, I asked if this was the best possible price. He replied it was absolutely the lowest price out there.
I am currently remodeling my home and looking for a house full of furniture..but I will NOT return to Woodbridge or Thomasville after being taken advantage of in such a manner! BAD BUSINESS!!!!
