Big thank you to Mario. He was so patient with me while I was indecisive. We went in to purchase a dinning room table and left with and living room sectional and ottoman as well. He was not pushy and gave me all the time I needed. Mario and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Thank you. My furniture looks great and came just in time for Christmas.
It is always a pleasure walking into Bob’s and especially when we are attended by Mahdi, he knows exactly what we are looking for and what is the best for us the customers. My husband Dan has chosen to be attended by Mahdi and no one else for the last 5 years and upon me meeting him this past weekend for the first time I understood why. He is pleasant, easy going, energetic and does his best to make everything convenient for us. Mahdi is excellent in his customer service we give him 5 out of 5 stars!

Juan was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. He introduced himself as soon as we walked into the store, then allowed us to browse without interference. Once we were ready, Juan answered our questions, gave us pricing and we decided on our furniture. The sale was put through efficiently, he explained our protection plan, delivery ( only three days!) and how to protect the furniture. Start to finish, it took 30 minutes, but not rushed.
