Friendly staff but very distracted. It took me an hour to rent a car because the lady was doing 18 things at once
Very helpful and even the last 18 minutes before they closed on Saturday they took care of us. Reasonable rates and car was clean. Return car was smooth as well.
I've rented lots of cars from this Hertrz location during my almost weekly trips to NJTA and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. Four stars instead of five because they are chronically short staffed, so occasionally can not pickup or drop-off from Metropark rail station.
Easy to get to, friendly customer service, and reasonable rate. Will rent from there again.
Friendly, quick pick up and drop off. Not a huge selection of cars (10 or so), but good variety. Friendly staff!
