It was difficult to find. No signs. Once we arrived no one was there to greet us despite calling 5 minutes prior. They car wasn't ready so the guy left my 79 year old mom waiting for 30 minutes while he went to get another car. Will never use this location again.

I needed a credit card because I'm a out of state resident, cool I got my Local sister from the car to do it. She walked in asked, "what do you have available?" He says, "I can't use your card with his rental. She responds," I didn't ask you that. I asked what do you have available for rental sir." He says " nothing mam sorry bout that we seemed to be all booked up today, and walked away. Not cool Enterprise, Stay professional and stick to the script. You veered off course first.

Good service and cars. David is the guy who runs office here. He is very accommodating and receives you with a smile. I have rented car a few times here and always got a car with good condition.
