After shopping at many other dealerships, I ended up at Miller GMC. The staff here is extremely friendly and I was very satisfied by the selection of trucks they had to choose from. My salesperson Phil was helpful and showed us a few different options. There was not a hassle with negotiations and I feel we got a great price for the car. The finance department took some time to get into but the manager Leo came out several times to check on us and offered to get us coffee, water, etc. (from my understand the lady doing the paperwork was new). I was really impressed at how Leo and Phil went out of their way to keep us happy while we waited. The finance part was easy but again, a bit slow. There were no problems though. Overall I would highly reccomend this dealer!
Had a great experience at this dealership. Vinnie was our salesman. He was professional and courteous. My son found a car - went in to test drive- negotiated and settled on a price and it was a done deal! Mark who was manager on duty, was awesome as well! I would definitely come back here to buy another car in the future.
While we were waiting in the office for Matt to come back, the owner of the dealership came in to speak with us personally. She really made us feel like we were part of the family even before we bought the car. We genuinely appreciated everything.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Mohammad (Mark) who was new to GMC this time around. I have never met a sales manager more pleasant to work with. Even during moments of frustration, he never got irritated or short with me. You can just tell he has a kind nature. He helped me reach my goal price. It made shopping at this dealership feel even more like shopping with family. I left never feeling so happy.
We’ve been coming here for 3 years, and just leased our second car here. Vinny has worked effortlessly to get us the vehicle that we needed for our growing family each and every time. He fought for us to get a fair price and we have left happy every single time. We walked in here as a single couple and 4 years later we have two kids and Vinny and GMC have been there through it all :)
I usually don't write reviews, but I had to put credit where credit is due! I live out of state, so it is a bit of a gamble to buy a car when you are not familiar with the surrounding. Paul the internet gentleman was wonder for all his help with all the questions I had . He even did some out of the ordinary tasks for me when I asked him to and did not give me a hard time! Dave, the salesman was the best! He really is not like most salesman I have no run into! He made me feel comfortable with the vehicle and my purchase. Even Churchill, the greeting secretary, the finance gentleman and the staff were all very easy to deal with. I also wanted to thank the mechanics who let me use the lift to check it all out! A special shout out to Carol, Dave and the Manager(sorry, I don't remember your name even though we spoke three days in a row!) ......thank you for all the help with the out of state registration and plates....plates within 20 days! :) I was able to go on vaca with my convertible! Sorry I was not able to meet the owner, Sherry, but I just wanted to say it was really refreshing to meet a dealership where the people really seemed to like their job, and treat people with respect and honesty instead of lying to you to get you in the door, and pulling the old "bait and switch"! We actually meet quite a few people buying cars that day that were repeat customers and really spoke highly of the dealership. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership even though I live in CT! Again, thanks Dave! :)
Our manager/director Darius was a genuine and very professional person who was very respectful to us the entire experience. He even offered to buy us dinner!

Extremely easy car buying experience. Matt was an exceptional salesman with great attention to detail. I never thought I would ever be able to get into a GMC but he made it happen and I couldn't be happier! Or only available time to come in was very late and Matt selflessly gave us his undivided attention and let us test drive multiple vehicles to find our perfect match.
