I drove 1.5hrs with my family based on information I received from EMG about a BMW x3 for sale. I specifically asked that they go and touch the car to ensure it was there and they told me yes it was. 1.5hr later and 35mins waiting to see a sales person I was told that it was sold some time ago and that the 77 designation at the end of the price implies this. I also learned that an 85 designation means its the lowest price a car can be sold for. Wonderful! so the sales person either does not know this or like the title says is very dishonest. Based on that I would never do business with these people since they can't be honest from the get go. When all was said and done the so-called head sales guy had no remorse for the inconvenience that I experienced, no remorse what so ever! Buyer beware save your time and money.
We traded in a car and purchased another car 3 weeks ago. Earlier this week I was charged an automatic payment for the car loan of the car I traded in and no longer own. The dealership hadn't contacted my previous loan holder or paid of the loan on the car they've own for 3 weeks. The title clerk told me they won't pay off my previous car loan until I make my next payment on my newly purchased car. She also told me they just this week registered my car (so I've been driving around an unregistered car?!?). She claimed they couldn't pay off my old car loan and register my new car on the same day?!? This is the 3rd car I've bought and the first time I've ever heard that. Their practices seems shady at best. In addition to all this, it took 6 hours to complete our car purchase (because they were dragging their feet) and the one thing we asked for was a full tank of gas and they didn't even deliver on that.
The sales person was on point on what we wanted and nothing less. He worked with us to find the best car to suit our needs and wants and helped us keep within our budget. We are happy customers and went home with a beautiful car. Thank you "Junior"/Lavalle!!!
I met with Omar who said he would be my salesman. He was very nice and professional. The sales process was easy and quick. Everything was almost stellar until I realized we were sold a van at night which did not reveal all of the dents and imperfections. However the biggest disappointment of all was that, we purchased a 2017 cargo van and they only provided us with 1 key! They (The Manager of EMG) refused to provide us with a second key!!! How disappointing that a dealership that just won my business REFUSED to provide us with a second key! Needless to say they will Never get our business or our families business again! I will also continue to tell others about the poor service we received directly from the general manager!!!
Mark our sales rep gave us a pleasant experience. He made us feel welcome and was very professional. They truly help out those that might not have the best credit or have available funds to leave with a car. The whole transaction literally felt like it was favor being done for us. Zero complaints, they looked us out. Coming back here for sure in the future.
