I had terrible customer service. They literally ruined my eyebrows. It's ridiculous the lady was making justifications and I am showing her and I have pictures to prove my eyebrows never looked like that. And they had no empathy and were just concerned about getting their money. One eyebrow had dents in it and was too thin to fix and my other was much thicker but I couldn't even fix them because I didn't want my other eyebrow to look like that.
