This place sucks. Although the massage therapists are good at their craft, the management is poorly run and only are good at selling! They coax you into signing up for one of their massage contracts and then pretty much the only thing that can get you out of the contract is death! Who has annual contracts for massages with no cancellation or way out in 2017? Even cell phone companies offer month to month now.

*******I wrote the review below about 3 months ago. I wanted to update it because I received phone call from Tracy right away. I should have done this at the time. Tracy was very disturbed by our experience. She spoke to me at length several times and somehow convinced my husband to come in, after our bad experience. She personally recommended 2 massage therapist. And set up the appointment. I really appreciated that. Because he said on. Certain finally there, it was great. Everything she promised was true. Thank you Tracy for finally getting us in the door. And apologizing for the mess. You definitely righted any wrongs. She even honored the 50 coupon which had by then expired. **************
I feel that I was scammed here. Purchased a $150 gift card for my husband as a Christmas present. I was assured after 20 minutes of my questions, that there are no hidden fees, nothing additional required from the gift recipient, no strings attached. I was lied to. They have not honored the gift. Demanded a credit card from him, even though I already gave him cash for the tip. The 2 associates we spoke to were rude and lied stating that the gift card states a credit card is required! It does not. What kind of gift is it when you are required to spend money on something you were given? So now I am extremely embarrassed and out $150!! Heart broken, angry, and mortified! Don't go here.
This place needs to rethink the way it does business. Annual contracts are a thing of the past. They need to consider month to month. Don't be fooled into signing a contract. It will haunt you for the rest of your life!
I love Massage Envy of Woodbridge and will be suggesting this location to many of my friends. Alens is the best massage therapist I've ever had and Lily is the best esthetician. Whenever I have an issue it is quickly resolved by management. The facility is always spotless and calming.
Ask about service and comfort. Wanted to try out location. Manager Gillian jumped on the phone but didnt want to give her last name. Worst customer Service ever "I'm the only Gillian here"
Very professional. Staff and therapists are very courteous and professional. Very good atmosphere. Will highly recommend.
