I was calling for the past hour and nobody was picking up the phone. I ask for a manager and then he's stating that I should be ordering online. I told him I wanted a delivery order he told me I could have done that online as well. Made me drive 15 minutes just to come pick up a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Then they don't even offer you a free dessert or anything. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry
Guys, this Panera now delivers! I am so screwed. I live for Panera Bread. There is not one thing on this menu that is bad. I love all the customizations you can make from changing the bread or cheese on your sandwich to swapping out your side to something completely different. I miss the other pasta dishes they had at one point. Hopefully they bring those back soon. I would also like to see more newer items rotated in seasonally. Also, I just started ordering off the kids menu because I love the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and that yogurt on the side. This is the perfect place for any meal, any time of the day.
Usually, great. But today was horrible. 38 mins waiting for a smoothie and all I got was an "I'm sorry" and a free cookie...
Wonderful place with lot of options for kids menu. Visiting here whenever we come for groceries at wegmans. And that's average two times in a week.
The food was good & it was busy. Service was great. Love the different options of fountain drinks
