This travel agent passed wrong flight information before we depart. They didn't reserve our seats on the plane in advance. The plane was overbooked and we couldn't get a seat till the last minute. It was so stressful. Then, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out that they book a king size bed room instead of a double bed room which we had asked and paid for. This means that I need to share a bed with a stranger for four nights. This travel agent totally ruins my trip. Paying extra fees to a travel agent should help to make our trip smoother. We feel terrible. We are extremely disappointed.
