After reading excellent reviews for Bob pretty much everywhere, I called him to discuss having a new toilet installed and from the get-go, he was amazing to work with. Professional and very knowledgeable, he also listened to my concerns and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. Today he installed the toilet and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. He was great at explaining everything, as well as offering advice on other issues within my home. He was neat, thorough and obviously takes pride in his work, which, in this day and age, is a refreshing change. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using his services in the future. Thanks, Bob!
Bob is a genuine old fashioned plumber with a kind heart. We bought a flipped house and the moron contractors ran our washing machine pipes outside through our Florida room (which we had NO idea until Bob figured it out!). Needless to say with the cold weather, the pipes were frozen solid. Bob was at my home for 4 hours disconnecting the outside pipes for fear of them bursting and causing a flood. He showed me the issues along the way so I could follow what he was doing. Next week, he will be correcting the stupid contractors mistakes. Bob is the real deal. And helps in a huge pinch!

Recently had Master Plumber Robert A. Negron aka "Bob" over to connect some pipes for a bathroom remodel job that is getting close to being completed. He did an excellent job and we are thoroughly satisfied with the work. He was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable and well prepared. He explained everything that he was going to do, took appropriate safety measures to ensure we don't encounter problems down the line, made good use of his resources, and completed the work in a timely manner. Since we started remodeling we've had help from family, friends and friends of friends to which we are all grateful, but there also comes a time when you need the services of an expert professional who specializes in this kind of work. There's no substituting for 40+ years of experience. There's still more work for us to do in other areas of our home and when we decide to proceed, we're going to give Bob a call.
