The parking is free after 11am during the week and free all weekend. It's usually packed around 7am but tete are spots way in the back. Get there early and keep your receipt I have gotten tickets in error by Woodbridge police and even after correcting the problem they still sent summons. Not often but just something you shouldn't have to deal with. The bad review is for the horrible app that you must keep a balance of 25$to open an account just to pay $3parking.. it's ridiculous and the main reason for the bad review..
