I had a great experience with Keira Moving. I was in a 3rd floor walk up and had WAY more boxes than I anticipated (hope they didn't want to kill me). Only a slight fee for my underestimation and my movers were amazing. No damage, super quick, professional and personable. I will recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!
I'm very thankful that this company made sure that I wasn't too stressed out about what I need to do. Thank you guys for honoring the quote that you gave me, and for obviously not overcharging me. I highly recommend this company because of the work that they did. And nothing was damaged on the transfer. Thank you guys once again.
I was told to file a claim with their insurance, so I called the office the following day and was given the number. The insurance company is total BS, and has given us the run around this whole time... 3 months later and still no resolution and they will not allow you to fix or replace your items until they finish with you or your claim becomes null and void.
In regards to my items, they didn't put blankets around things, which tore my brand new sofa and sofa was blackened with dirt. Almost every single large piece of furniture had multiple scratches and or broken. As for boxes items several broken items there as well.
They were awesome! They were fast but careful with our items, answered any questions we had, and were very polite and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move. HUGE stress relief.
They were super organized, very polite & friendly. The job was completed quickly & efficiently...way faster than we ever expected. And, they took great care to make sure nothing was damaged. These people were the ultimate professionals...and, their fee was very reasonable. Very highly recommend!
When they came to my home they were efficient in loading out my house and very personable. My items had went into storage for 6 months while we searched for a new home and all was well. When my furniture was redelivered to my home it was total craziness. 6 guys to deliver 2 trucks of furniture. Not only we several items broken, but i just had new hardwood floors installed throughout the house and they scratched and dented those along with the freshly painted walls.
