Would give this 0 stars if I could. Management here sucks! Extremely rude and non helpful and trying to push you out of store. The two girls working here really need to find a new line of work because they suck at what they are doing. They veer at you when you come in and my friend said the healthier shorter one a little too busty, gave him that you don't belong here look. First of all who the heck do you think you are woman?! You've got some nerve. What great customer service...NOT! It just disgusts me to see that there are people like this in this world who have such low self esteem that they have to pick others apart. It's just sad. I cannot wait until this business finally folds! And I have no doubts that it eventually will with this lack of service. To the BIG SHOTS (higher up who come to visit the store while the workers put on their best faces) there are lots of good people looking for jobs. I recommend you start fresh at FYE Woodbridge Center starting with the manager. The one guy at the desk today seemed friendly. He is the nicest one my friend and I have come in contact with. He actually looks like he enjoys his job and wants to help people. I wish I knew his name. Think he was new. Keep him. YOU NEED HIM!!!

Same thing just happened to me after traveling some distance brought two bluetooth headphones and BOTH isn't working after charging 3 hours smh pissed i want my money back raising hell tomorrow when i get there and recipe says only switch with same item basically if it's defective nah i want my money back
DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. There is no returns for ur money back only store credit. I bought wireless headphones 2 pairs one pair didn't work. Would not give me my money back and gave me attitude like I was lying that the product was defective. BEWARE !!!!!!!
I went to this facility on Saturday to buy wireless headphones for myself and my son. Once home I opened the headphones and both pairs were broken! I then went back to the mall on Sunday to return the headphones and exchanged then for another brand. Well hints to say the pair i bought for myself works perfectly fine and the pair I got my son won't charge! Now today is MONDAY and I have to go back to the mall and exchange them! I'll be calling corporate to make a complaint! This is just crazy! How do they have a policy that states you can't get money back and only can do exchange's but they're selling broken product's?
