I placed an order online, arrived to pick it up, went home with what I thought was my correct order, and was pissed. Something told me not to go, considering they have a tendency to ALWAYS screw up a simple, coherent order, yet, i went and was displeased once again. A few items i ordered was missing, and the meatless tacos i ordered had meat in them. It's frustrating when you're pressed for time, and have to end up turning back around because you're order is wrong. I will NEVER again go to this Taco Bell. I'm convinced some of them were not properly trained, or maybe some of them simply can't read order screens. This place gets two thumbs down!
They do what other Taco Bell's don't, supply customer's service. A mature young lady in her early sixties showed the younger cashier how to handle a question about a certain food item and made the customer very happy. That's rare in a fast food chain, otherwise the food was good but the service was slow but at least helping the customer with that one issue was worth the wait.
51 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely atrocious. Poor customer service to top that.
Ssssssssllllllloooooooowwww!!!! Holy cow, I swear the entire staff is on tranquilizers. I've never gotten out of there in under 20 minutes. And check your order before you leave, as they're about 50/50 with accuracy.
