Better than the other S.S offices I've visited.
I've been to this office several times and went away satisfied each time. The staff is on the ball and quite courteous. I do some research before I go so I am somewhat educated as to what to expect and what I needed to bring with me. Parking is a minor issue but there is always a solution to every problem. Not enough stars here to indicate my level of satisfaction!
I went to change something from my social security and I accidentally gave them my ticket instead of my letter they sent by accident. Next thing I know I'm being insulted by the staff, and she whispers the insult. Rude, just rude. I'm very disappointed

This is a very organized place. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I had to keep coming back for my mom's forms and one lady in particular, seeing my plight, called my mom's old employer right infront of me in order to verify and correct the mistaken info on the form. I nearly wept with gratitude!
The parking can be quite challenging bec there are only a few but for the kind of service I'm getting, I don't mind it much.
