Mike at the front desk was so helpful on Tuesday night. I didn't have the same experience in the Fords branch. They were ok but I really really felt that I was a burden to them . I needed assistance with printing from my phone. It was all in the tone. Would not over extend to help. I really felt I was a burden . The main library was a pleasure. Thank you.
As for the staff ah not friendly ... Let's just say I don't go there for the staff and I dread checking out a video or a book because they're not friendly
They are very courteous and always ready to help . WPL is the best place to be
Great collection of books and graphic novels (comics). Also has decent choice of DVDs.
