I would not recommend this law firm strictly based on how their customer service representatives treat potential clients. I spoke with a representative named Heather. She asked for all of my information then at some point put me on hold. She returned a few minutes later saying that they can't help me based on "this type of case". I said that I understood but can you tell me what "this type" of case is so that I know what category to search for in the future. She then refused to tell me stating that she could not give me that advice. It sounds like she just decided not to take me information anymore and when I asked why she didn't have a real reason and tried to pass the buck. I wasn't asking her for legal counsel, I was asking for the "type" of case she said that I had that they don't take. If they can't help with that simple information I doubt they'd be able to help with an actual case. Or maybe Heather was just having a bad day and decided a potential client was her outlet?
