Always clean, thanks to the great staff. The machines work well and are also reasonably priced.
Been going there for quite some time now on Sunday great place reasonable priced but today was ridicolious don't no what happened during the week but they had 14 machines total washers and dryers broken down.
Been going here for past 2 yrs. Love it.The employees who work there are very helpful, very sweet and keep the place clean.. the prices are fantastic as well... the environment is clean and the wash machines clean the clothes great.. i will continue to do my laundry here.. ill never change..
We went here for a very long time, a year. Then they damaged our expensive clothing. Owner took 3-4 weeks to call us after trying several times to reach out to him. Every time I reached out to the owner it was a different excuse as to why he could not help us.
09/0217 Today, i finally got a call from Oscar the owner. After speaking to him and realizing that he is genuinely a good person and his goal seems to be to resolve issues with his customers, i was fully satisfied and compensated for my troubles. It did take sometime before i got his call but after speaking to him, he explained why it had taken so long, i was satisfied and we were able to come to an understanding. Because of this i am changing my review from 1 star to 4. I urge anyone who may have had a problem to speak to Oscar. I am sure he will make things right. A continued customer. Thanks for making the customer feel appreciated. God bless!
Been calling to find out the status of my missing sheets almost everyday since this happened on 8/11/17 @ different times. No one ever picks up. I've been leaving messages and have gotten no respond. Today, i decided to block my # and how ironic that the lady i had a problem with, picked up. She told me that she had mentioned it to the owner but he has to check the cameras. How long does it take to do that? I have the date and time for you. Also, when an employee of an establishment tells you to wash your own clothes because you questioned the price, that tells me that this establishment does not care about customer service or satisfation. I pray that the small spanish lady that i had a problem with, did not take my sheets out of spite. I left a message with the owner who's message i saw today. Let's see what happens. Shame that I've been a loyal customer for years and have even broight them customers and this is how I'M treated!! Smh...
Horrible service! First time there they washed colors with whites and turned everything blue. Now, about 2 weeks ago they lost my bed sheets. The owner was supose to have called me and i still haven't heard from him. I've called several times and have gotten no answer or call back!
