I do NOT recommend this doctor to anyone who takes their time, money, and health seriously. We are extremely disappointed.

I went there for my throat check up, Doctor Azer didn't performed any surgery nor gave me any kind of medication. All he suggested not to eat some kind of foods. For this later i Got a bill of $500 which is totally unacceptable. I tried to reach their billing department but they just pick up the phone say hello and just hung up on you. They are just cheating people. I clearly asked them before visiting how much do i need to pay, all they said is just the co pay $50. I dont know why the hell they sent me this additional bill. I suggest people to stay away from this people/

Then, when we were lead to an exam room, they ushered us into a dirty room - one that had not been tidied/sanitized from the previous patient. The nurse did her job - basic vital checks in a pseudo-friendly way.

I love the whole office experience. The virtual check in, tablets for check in, and customer service over the phone is amazing enough but then I also barely wait to be seen by the doctors. The doctors I saw, Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Ort, both have excellent bedside manners, were happy to answer any and all questions and go into explanation and apologized for making me wait 5 min after the medical assistant (the least amount of time I've ever had to wait to see a doctor). Frankly, I am beyond impressed with this office and would recommend it to anyone who wants a warm doctor and an efficient office.

We still have no answers about his extreme snoring. But it doesn't end here.

When Dr. Azer came in (after we had been waiting for 40 minutes, of course), he was extremely brusque and uninformative. He was awkward, pushy with the nurse in the room, and uncomfortable to be around. He performed a laryngoscopy (a procedure in which a flexible tube with a camera at the end is pushed down your nose to be able to examine your vocal cords and laryngeal area). I've had this procedure done on myself a lot - the doctor always numbs the area first because it can be painful. The nurse began to numb the area, and the doctor stopped her and inexplicably said "no need." So, they jammed this tube down his nose with no numbing agent and I saw his eyes start to tear.

After it was over, the doctor simply said, "Yeah looks inflamed. Little bit of mucus. Might be from reflux." He didn't even ask about my boyfriend's smoking and drinking habits, which are on the more moderate side. When I pointed these habits out as a possible cause he casually said "Oh you smoke? Yeah, could be." THAT was the extent of his diagnosis and medical questioning.

I get there on time, but always have to wait. Yes, rude.

The front desk person was incredibly rude and dismissive to people asking the simplest of questions about scheduling appointments and billing. She was downright hostile.

To sum up, we are paying hundreds of dollars for a procedure we weren't informed might cost us out of pocket, after the procedure was performed hastily and by a staff of unfriendly, uncommunicative, arrogant, hostile people in an unclean room. Every step of the way was completely unprofessional and incompetently managed. For this we drove an hour each way, and still have no information about his snoring.

Might be the pregnancy hormones in me, but I am appalled by how the front desk staff is behaving at ENT Allergy. There is a set of grandparents who have their grandson here and to keep him occupied, they brought a singing octopus that hums lullabies. No one in the waiting room is bothered by it. It's a soft not loud quiet toy. Plus the baby is probably 8 months old max. The two rude women who work the front desk were making obnoxious comments about the octopus and the family saying aloud for everyone to hear "they are playing it again. I can't concentrate. I'm not going to be able to make this call because of the song in the background. Where does she think she is going (trying to bring the baby to the other room to calm him down). What does she, run the place." The only person in this waiting area that is a nuisance is your big loud obnoxious mouth. The more of a scene you are creating the more uncomfortable it is making everyone in the waiting area. Well I can tell you one thing, I won't be back, especially when my kid is born...or maybe I should and bring the most loud obnoxious toy I could find. I'm sorry that a family who may have to bring their kid everywhere might need to do what they can. Also bothers me that women like that can get a job and be so rude, but a women who is pregnant can't find a job. I'm sorry for my long obnoxious rant but I was so disgusted by how they treated and talked about the family and a baby they deserve a good wake up call. And I'm sorry that the patients who are paying to be there don't meet your requirements for working the front desk.

So we left, after the doctor ordered a home sleep study. On the way out, we TRIPLE-checked that everything would be covered by the insurance company and we wouldn't be billed, to which the office staff agreed.

Lo and behold, two months later we get a bill in the mail for the laryngoscopy, for HUNDREDS of dollars. At NO point in the exam was my boyfriend informed that the "procedure" he underwent may not be totally covered by insurance. The billing customer service representative explained to me why he was charged (having to do with his exact insurance plan and deductible), and she was the most competent of any person we dealt with in this entire process.

I visited this office several months ago with my boyfriend to diagnose the cause of his snoring. The experience was extremely upsetting.

Two weeks later we get the sleep study in the mail. We set up the device, but an error message pops up, saying that it couldn't record the data. We call the helpline on the device, to which (after an HOUR of being passed around on the phone at midnight on a weeknight), the associate told us that the doctor's office never uploaded his medical info to the device, so we couldn't conduct the sleep study after all.
