My wife went there today, and had the worst experience with the customer service who were incredibly disrespectful. When she asked for a particular item she was told its not available, yet my wife was able to locate it. The employee's name could be Sarah (caucasion/ long black hair/ mid-aged), who was not willing to help for atleast three instances, and a few times went to her coleagues laughing and looking at my wife. Which would make any women uncomfortable. This will be escalated.
Rude service ,and customers just cut in line pretending they were in line before ,and just cut other customers already in line. Not so much help from store team as well, if asked for help they just point to things instead of helping out.
The cashier I had was extremely rude
They don't help black customers. I was completely ignored by 5 team members. I walked past 2 of them on the way out and they said nothing to me and "Have a nice day!" to the white girl behind me. I definitely won't be returning.
