1 hour to NY Penn Station, lots of Express train. Downside - crowded during morning and evening rush
Services both Amtrak and NJT. Has ticketing machines and Wells Fargo ATM on ground level. Parking deck has a bridge to northbound platform.
Parking fills up around 9:15 I've noticed. Not every day, but many. Other than that good station.
A convenient train station to go to NYC. The location near Garden State Parkway make this an easy in and out. The price for parking at 5 dollars a day is great.
