What was unethical was that they cancelled the appointment after I left the bank (with my work done) and prevented me from calling out the bad service. Hence this review.

Absolutely Ridiculous!
Very nice big facility with two drive-up ATMs and one walk in ATM with more than enough parking in the back. They seem to be very well staffed and tentative for customers.
Took an appointment for 12:30pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier but was made to wait for 35 minutes. With my wife, an overactive 4 year old and having to get back to work, this was not a happy wait at all. Finally the manager took pity on us and did the work for us.
Two days later, the lawyers get back showing that the signature was done where the witness was supposed to have signed. Closing delayed. Will get the notarization from a ups store instead and rating bought down to one star.
